COMMISSIONERS IN PANGASINAN. Commissioner Rita Linda V. Jimeno of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines answers mediamen’s queries during the press conference coordinated by the Philippine Information Agency and Presidential Management Staff at the Regency Hotel before the commissioners proceeded to consult with various Pangasinan sectors on the Charter Change last Friday.
