Suspected counterfeit drug dealer-courier Ramchand Dimalanta Dayaldas of Lubao, Pampanga stares glumly from behind bars awaiting the filing of charges for violation of RA 8203 (counterfeit medicine) and RA 9165 (Dangerous Drugs Act).
